On the Farm

There’s plenty to enjoy right here on the farm, so you can take things at your own pace without needing to go far. Life at Moult Hill Glamping is all about slowing down and enjoying the outdoors.  Say hello to our friendly resident animals, including sheep, cows, horses, pigs and chickens.  Or, take a wander through the woods and nearby fields.

Local Walks

If you're feeling active and want to get your eyes on some spectacular scenery, we recommend joining the south west coast path which is a short distance from the glamping site.  Head west out to Bolt head and Bolt tail, or east and across the Salcombe estuary towards Gara rock and Start Point.  You'll find craggy rocks, hidden coves and endless sea views.

Alternatively, you can head inland and enjoy the rolling hills of the South Hams countryside.  There is a network of footpaths directly from the glamping site, through woodland and fields.

We love to get out exploring, you'll find maps in your tent to show you our favourite routes!

Museums & Galleries

With its rich maritime history and beautiful setting, Salcombe  and the surrounding area is the perfect place to explore local history, culture, and creativity.

Check out the Salcombe maritime museum, Gallery 5, Tonic Gallery and the Salcombe Art Club. Learn to throw pottery with Kitty Ward, or let the kids get creative at Paper Bird Island.

Further afield you can find the Cookworthy Museum, the Mayne Gallery and the Hope Cove Gallery.
